Guides for CSV preparation, forecast metrics, MaKo analysis, SAP Utilities readiness, reports, billing, and integrations preview.

Getting started

Create a workspace, load the utilities demo, then review Forecast Intelligence, MaKo health, and SAP readiness.

Prepare forecast CSV files

Forecast files need timestamp and forecast_kwh. Actual files need timestamp and actual_kwh.

Prepare MaKo log CSV files

Include timestamp, message_type, process_type, market_partner, status, error_code, deadline, MaLo, MeLo, and reference fields.

Interpret forecast metrics

MAPE measures relative accuracy. MAE and RMSE show absolute forecast error in kWh. Bias shows over- or under-forecasting.

Understand MaKo analysis

Energiem highlights failures, overdue deadlines, repeated errors, market partners, process types, and top error codes.

Understand SAP readiness

Readiness items track area, owner, status, risk level, due date, blockers, and cutover confidence.

Quick actions
